How to Delete Your Account
Please follow these steps to delete your account:
- Log in to your account
- Click on the "Account" menu
- Locate and click the "Delete" button
- In the confirmation dialog that appears, click the "Confirm" button
- Your account information will be deleted immediately
Data Deletion Details
When you request account deletion, we will take the following actions:
Data That Will Be Deleted
- Account Information: All account-related information including username, password, email address, etc.
- Personal Profile: All personal information you provided while using our services
- Usage Data: Your activity logs, preference settings, and other usage data
- Associated Data: All other data associated with your account
Data Retention Information
After you request account deletion:
- Immediate Deletion: Your account information and all personal data will be immediately removed from our active systems
- No Retention Period: We will not retain any of your personal data
- Legal Requirements: All data will be completely deleted unless we are required by law to retain certain information
- Backup Purging: Data in backup systems will be purged within the next backup cycle (maximum 30 days)

- After deletion, you will not be able to recover any data
